When can I expect my order?

(WORK IN PROGRESS) Each tee is made-to-order in-house. With that being said, each may vary slightly but that also means quicker turnover times than pre-orders. Ordering materials and production time is about 5-8 days. Please allow 1 week after for shipping.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges since items are made-to-order and we do not keep extra inventory. Please refer to our sizing chart to avoid any issues and double check your order. If you have received incorrect or defective items, please reach out to newtees.co on Instagram.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please DM us @newtees.co on IG. We may be able to edit your order (sizing, quantity, color, address change, cancelations) before we place the materials order. We are not able to modify or cancel orders once materials are ordered.

My package was lost/stolen. What should I do?

Once orders have been shipped, it is not longer in our hands. Please reach out to the shipping provider.
